While there have been great strides made in the publishing world that have allowed diverse authors of all creeds and experiences to make their work known to a wider part of the world, it still requires the individual efforts of librarians and other officers of the creative arts to make those works known to *their* parts of the world. A gay Spanish author can write dozens of books about their unique and shared experiences, but in the end what good are they if libraries are implicitly or explicitly refusing to give those works their due in the public eye? The Final Project Toolkit, an all-encompassing portfolio from this course, seeks to bridge this gap a little more by combining case studies, personal reflections, action plans, and lists of resources to act as a directory and testimonial for multicultural empowerment in all aspects of librarianship.
